Strict boss...! Warning or swallow sperm?

Well, I can't work with him anymore... The foreman is constantly complaining about this wimp and I'm slowly losing patience! As the boss, I have to make sure that the store runs smoothly. Private problems do not interest me at all! I want to see performance and that from each individual! The other day I had to ask the limp dick to the four-eyes conversation and had actually planned to warn him off... was I in retrospect maybe a little too strict???
